By overseeing Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Strategic Business Development departments, he plays a decisive role in fulfilling the deal with CFA and CSL that extended for multiple years. Formula One also showed confidence by signing a strategic partnership with CSM, proven his successful tactics to diversify global businesses. Having worked in PwC China, Siemens China, Eldorado Corporation, LeTV Sports, and many well-named organizations, his expertise and deep understanding in the field help him direct CSM to become the leading force in the sports industry in China.
