Mars Hou joined Tencent in 2005 and is currently the General Manager of Self-Developed Marketing Department and Integrated Marketing Department of Tencent Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG). Mars is responsible for marketing and brand promotion of self-developed games under Tencent Interactive Entertainment Group, together with business of domestic and foreign business partners’ game products in the segment market, as well as business of Tencent Esports.
