Jose Ramón Capdevila Xam-mar serves as a Managing Director of Player Lens, a UK based technology company aiming to disrupt the soccer transfer market.

He was Head of Football Administration and also worked in the Strategic Planning Direction for Real Madrid CF, one of the world’s most accomplished sports institutions. In this capacity, he worked on the development of new ventures on both the business and sports fronts and developed opportunities for synergy across the organization to maximize revenue. Prior to joining Real Madrid, Jose Ramón worked in in the field of Corporate Finance and as a
consultant for KPMG.

José Ramón holds a BA degree from ESADE with an exchange program in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an Executive Education program in Mergers & Acquisitions at GSB Stanford.
