Development Manager – Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF)

Grainne LeFevre

Gráinne is Development Manager of the award-winning NGO Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF), a Cambodian-run organisation providing education, healthcare and sport to children living in extreme poverty in the country’s capital Phnom Penh.

With a BA in Anthropology and International Development and a Master of Laws in Gender, Conflict and Human Rights, Gráinne has gained non-profit management and work experience across four continents. In her current role with ISF, she oversees business development, relationship management, fundraising and grant management, marketing, and strategy.

Having previously worked as a coach in England, as well as Marketing Director and Board Member of the Northern Ireland Volleyball Association, Gráinne has been involved in using sport to promote equality, inclusion and peace-building since 2011 and has been involved with ISF’s Football Programme since 2016. ISF’s programme reaches approximately 4,500 young people each year, harnessing the power of sport to build life skills and social awareness, improve health and well-being, promote education and reduce inequalities.
