Esti is the president of Persijap Jepara football club, a 64 years old club in the heart of Jepara city, central Java, Indonesia, the first professional club to have its official women team under the management. as the only female president of a club in Indonesia who own majority of the shares, Esti values the community to grow with the football club, with its modern vision and integrity encourage the girls to have equal opportunity with the boys as football players, she is campaigning actively in women football and girls community league ( GCL) Esti is also founder of Carlos Raul Sciucatti football foundation for youth where she and her husband held many coaching clinics of football for the underprivileged kids.
Esti is recently appointed as vice president of Unipapua football community leading women football department and a member of street football network. Esti is a mother of three, a business woman, and she has found her passion in football tremendously to set a new legacy in Indonesian football.
